Established 1993, Dalian — a manufacturer of stainless steel IBCs, industrial containers and custom metal vessels, with Japanese-market discipline and 20+ national patents.
Who we are
A factory, defined by its welders
Dalian Baoxiang Packing Products Co., Ltd. manufactures stainless steel IBC tanks, industrial storage and transport tanks, food-grade process tanks, water-treatment and environmental vessels, and custom metal containers for industry. Dozens of welders each hold more than ten years at the bench; the quality team — trained systematically in Japan, two of them for three years inside a Japanese QC team — runs inspection from order placement to delivery.
The company has developed over 100 distinct tank and container structures and engineers customization across material grade, capacity, dimensions, wall thickness, structure, surface treatment, valve configuration and connection interfaces. For projects involving transport regulations or certification, we prepare the technical documentation and support the certification work itself.
Customers are industrial: chemical and fine-chemical producers, food and beverage processors, pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturers, water and environmental companies, equipment makers and integrators, packaging and logistics suppliers, and OEM/ODM buyers.

Thirty years, in the years that mattered
1993
Founded in August 1993 in Dalian, Liaoning — metal containers and welded products from the start.
1990s–2010s
Three decades of container engineering: liquid IBCs, storage and transport tanks, powder vessels and custom metalwork across 100+ developed structures.
2021
Production base upgraded and expanded — approximately 6,000 m² with CNC laser cutting, press brakes and laser welding added.
2024
CCS UN type approval for the BX-FO1-2200L metal IBC; ISO 9001:2015 certificate renewed scope through 2028.
Today
1,000+ standard IBC units per year to Japanese chemical groups; exports to 20+ countries incl. Japan, Singapore, Canada, UAE, USA and Europe; Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean service.
